This had everything I needed to carry my iPod any why I wanted. You can wrap extra cord around the fish keychain to keep it out of the way. I mostly use the belt clip, but the lanyard is also a nice option. The non slip case works perfectly around my 5th Generation iPod.

The case is protecting the IPod well so far. The band on the arm is a little awkward while swimming but you get use to it; keep it close to the elbow to avoid a rash under the arm. The biggest downside to the whole system is the earplugs (which you buy separately). It is hard to keep those in my ears without leakage of water into the ear. Someone needs to adapt the regular flanged and thick rubber (not the thin ones) earplugs one uses just for swimming for use with earphones. They would fit properly; none of the waterproof earphone sets I’ve tried are really comfortable or fit the ear properly for swimming!

I bought this item to protect my iPod while I work out. I have read many reviews of the Apple armband and I happy to report this is a far superior product. I have worn it on the treadmill, bike, and elliptical machine at the gym and my iPod is very secure. The band repels sweat and provides the protection I was seeking. The armband itself is very comfy and easy to adjust, just don’t put it on too tight or you’ll end up with an irritated arm.
