Skullcandy S7PIBN-CZ Pipe Speaker Dock for iPod and iPhone (Chrome)
Really happy with this product. Great sound for the price. I’m very picky on sound quality, so generally I’d prefer to pay more for better sound–but for an easily portable unit, you can’t beat this little gem. The sound is bright and impressive. Given the compact size it’s no surprise the weakness is in the bass range, but the trebles are very good. The only disappointment I’ve had is the remote does not work until you get within a 5 foot range; at that point I can just push the buttons–so the remote is nearly worthless (hence 4 and not 5 stars). Ignore reviews that complain it does not work with the iPhone; it does (listening right now). Ignore the warning message asking to go to airplane as indicated in the instructions mode by checking “no.” Also, the unit charges the iPod, which is a nice bonus.
