Monster iCable 800 for iPod and iPhone

My son needed a new clock radio and I decided to go with one that could accept a MP3 player as an auxiliary device and I wanted to make sure the connecting cable wasn’t going to be the weak link — as they say, your system is only as good as the worst component.
This is a great quality cable — not a think twisty thing — with strong joins at the both end connectors.
The Zune sounds great playing through the Boston Acoustics HDUOIPW Duo-I Plus iPhone/iPod Dock AM/FM Stereo Radio and Clock Functions (Gloss White).
My only issue with the setup is that there is significant interference with the BA Radio causing a lot of static. It isn’t clear whether this is due to the cable, or more likely — the Zune, docking station and power cord for the Zune. But fortunately, hooking up and removing the Zune is so easy that isn’t a huge issue.
